I got from Getty Images (http://www.gettyimages.com/Creative/RoyaltyFree.aspx?country=usa) and I know that a lot of lother iconmakers use that resource too. Uh, just a reminder: please don't hotlink my icons. You've used the url for my icon to post it here in the comments but please save any of the icons you want to take and upload it to your own server. I use Photobucket to upload them here and if I go over the bandwidth limit, nobody will be able to see any of these icons. Thank you.
