Period vs. Modern: Compare/Contrast

What I like to do is see how someone might manage two very different roles, especially if one of those roles is for a character in a period piece. So, this picspam is going to contrast the period and modern roles of 20 actors/actresses from various countries. Although the costumes and hair immediately come to mind, I also tried to look at other aspects, such as cultural norms and body language, that might have required the actor/actress to approach the roles differently. EEEEEEE *TACKLEGLOMPS* So much LOVE for this - especially starting out with bollywood and Aamir Khan and Lagaan (\o/) But beautifully balanced coverage of both TV & cinema as well as asian and western actors.
